Gem State Staffing Idaho Falls and Rexburg are seeking experienced Truck Drivers to join and have a great fun summer doing what you love most, driving! As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate different types of trucks, such as dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-off trucks
- Safely drive to assigned destinations following designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
Experience:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver
- Knowledge of route driving and efficient navigation
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers and handling freight
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Before joining Gem State Staffing in 2019, Tina spent 18 years as the General Manager of an exotic pet food manufacturing company, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a passion for helping teams succeed.
With a strong work ethic and an endlessly positive attitude, Tina brings energy and encouragement to everyone around her. She thrives on seeing others grow and achieve their goals, making her a powerful force in the workplace.
Tina draws daily inspiration from her husband since 2000, their two adult children, and seven wonderful grandchildren. When she's not at work, she enjoys caring for their small herd of cattle, spending quality time with her grand kids, and camping in the beautiful Idaho outdoors.
