Gem State Staffing in Nampa is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to work for a local gravel company. This is an excellent opportunity for people looking for long-term employment as this is a temp to hire position.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates must have prior experience with bell dump, side dump and driving a flatbed truck. You will be responsible for driving (all local) from jobsite to jobsite dropping off gravel and other materials. Some labor will be involved which includes tying down material on trucks. Candidates must follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols and work directly with supervisors and manager.
Schedule & Compensation:
Day shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 5:00pm
Wage: $21.00/hr DOE

In 10plus years at these locations I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant Manager, and Manager. I specialize in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee management among other things. When I’m not at work, I enjoy hanging out with friends, board games, and taking in Boise’s beautiful wild life and landscape with hikes and nature walks. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and a big music and movie connoisseur. My continuing goal is to soon obtain my own store in the Treasure Valley area so I may expand my growth, together with Gem State Staffing.
